Thoughtful design
Beautiful is the easy part. We design for how a kitchen is actually used — where the light falls, where the shopping lands, how two people pass without colliding.
We don’t fit bathrooms or build wardrobes. We design, manufacture and install kitchens — and nothing but kitchens — which is exactly how we came to be good at them.
Founded by Dina Youssef, an engineer with a passion for cooking and thoughtful design, D’s Design Studio was built on the belief that a great kitchen should be both beautiful and practical. Combining an engineer’s attention to detail with a genuine appreciation for how kitchens are used every day, Dina brings a unique perspective to every project.
What began as a personal interest in kitchen design evolved into a studio dedicated to creating spaces that enhance daily life. By understanding how people cook, gather, and live in their homes, Dina works closely with each client to design kitchens that are functional, elegant, and tailored to their individual needs. Because a kitchen is more than just a room — it is where families come together, stories are shared, traditions are passed down, and some of life’s most meaningful moments begin.

Tell me about your kitchen
Before there was a studio, there was one kitchen: Dina’s own. She designed it for herself, then had to live in it — no client to hand it over to, no next job to move on to. Just her, cooking in the room she’d drawn, every evening after.
That’s where the studio’s habits were set. Living with her own decisions — what worked, and the handful of things she’d do differently — taught her more than any showroom could, and it’s why she still spends longest on the parts of a plan most people skip past.
“A kitchen built for your own home is held to a higher standard than one built for a showroom — and that’s the only standard worth keeping.”
Not slogans — the working principles the studio is held to, on every project, from the first sketch to the day you cook in it.
Beautiful is the easy part. We design for how a kitchen is actually used — where the light falls, where the shopping lands, how two people pass without colliding.
An engineer’s discipline runs through every stage — measured twice, planned around the real room, and built to keep working long after fitting day.
The difference is in the parts you don’t notice — a drawer that closes soft, edges sanded smooth, a handle fixed perfectly straight. We finish what others would call finished.
